Terms of Service
1. These terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of Cinevora ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, buying credits or generating anything, you agree to them. If you use Cinevora for an organization, you agree on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cinevora.
2. Your content and intellectual property
"Inputs" are the prompts, images, video, audio, character profiles and other material you give us. "Outputs" are the videos, images and other material Cinevora generates for you.
- Your rights. You keep all intellectual property rights you have in your Inputs, including versions of them that Cinevora modifies or processes.
- The license you give us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process and store your Inputs and Outputs only to run Cinevora for you: to screen and generate your requests, show you your results and keep them in your account. We may pass that license on to the model providers and service providers that do this work for us. It ends when the content is deleted from Cinevora, except for copies we must keep by law or for records of screening decisions.
- Your promise. You confirm that you have the rights to your Inputs, including the consent of any real person whose likeness or voice you upload, and that your Inputs and your use of Outputs do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Outputs. Subject to these Terms and the terms of the model providers, you may use your Outputs, including commercially. AI models can produce similar Outputs for different users, and Outputs may not be protected by copyright in every country.
- You are responsible for your Inputs and Outputs and for how you use and publish them.
- Cinevora itself. We and our licensors keep all rights in Cinevora: its software, design, technology and content other than your Inputs and Outputs. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble Cinevora, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from it.
3. Content rules
These rules apply to every model on Cinevora. They include the use restrictions of the third-party models we offer, which apply to you as described in section 4.
Allowed
Historical, documentary, educational, dramatic and artistic work, including depictions of war, violence, massacres, slavery, executions and other atrocities, horror and other dark subject matter. Individual models may be more restrictive (see section 4).
Not allowed - you may not use Cinevora, its Outputs or any model it provides:
- to exploit or harm minors in any way, including any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor;
- to create sexually explicit content, or any intimate or sexual depiction of a real person;
- to impersonate any person without their consent, authorization or lawful right, or to depict a real person saying or doing things they did not in a way meant to deceive;
- to defame, disparage, harass, threaten or bully anyone;
- to carry out, assist, threaten, incite, plan, advocate for or encourage violent extremism or terrorism;
- to discriminate against, dehumanize or harm individuals or groups based on protected characteristics or social behavior, or to exploit the vulnerabilities of a specific group to cause harm;
- to generate or spread verifiably false information or fabricated footage in order to harm others or influence elections, or to create fake reviews, fake engagement or other deceptive content;
- to publish or distribute machine-generated content without clearly and prominently disclosing that it is machine-generated;
- to generate or spread personal information to harm others, or to create malicious code or anything meant to damage systems;
- in any way that violates any law or regulation, or infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- in any way that may harm yourself or others, or to repurpose or distribute Outputs to harm others;
- for military purposes;
- for fully automated decisions that affect people's legal rights, health, credit, employment, housing or safety, or for law-enforcement or similar high-risk purposes;
- to provide professional services (such as legal, medical or financial advice) without the required qualification or license;
- in any way that violates or disregards the social, ethical or moral standards of the countries or regions where the content is used or published;
- to bypass, disable or circumvent our screening or any model's safety measures, including by disguising a request;
- to use any Output generated with MiniMax H3 to train, distill or improve any other AI model.
Disclosure when you publish
When you publish or share Outputs, label them clearly as AI-generated (for example "Made with AI" in the video, caption or description). Videos generated with MiniMax H3 also carry this disclosure in their file metadata; do not remove it.
4. Third-party models
Cinevora generates content with models from third parties. Your use of each model is also subject to its provider's terms, and you must comply with them.
- MiniMax H3. Scenes generated with "MiniMax H3 Naticis" are subject to the use restrictions in Exhibit A of the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement, which apply to you and are part of these Terms. The rules in section 3 include them. MiniMax H3 is licensed under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement, Copyright © 2026 MiniMax. All Rights Reserved.
- Other models (for example Seedance, hosted MiniMax, Wan and GPT Image) are provided through Kinovi and the original model providers, whose acceptable-use policies are stricter: in particular they do not allow nudity or graphic gore. Requests to these models are screened against those rules.
5. Screening, review and enforcement
- Before anything is generated, your prompts and reference media are screened automatically against these rules. For this we send them to Anthropic's Claude API, which processes them on our behalf. A request that breaks the rules is not generated and is not charged.
- We keep a record of screening decisions and may review requests, Outputs and reports.
- We may refuse, remove or disable access to any content, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. We may report content involving the exploitation of children to the authorities.
6. Reporting and copyright claims
If you see content made with Cinevora that you believe breaks these rules, report it here or email dejean@naticis.net. We review reports promptly.
Copyright
If you believe content on Cinevora infringes your copyright, send us a notice at dejean@naticis.net that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act for the owner);
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, and of the content on Cinevora you object to, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Other rights
Claims about other rights, such as trademark, privacy or publicity rights, can be sent to us in writing the same way.
We may remove or disable access to content that is the subject of a valid claim, and we may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
7. Credits and payment
Credits are bought in advance and used for generation and upscaling at the prices shown in the app. Credits held for a request that is refused before submission, or that fails before generation starts, are returned.
8. Your responsibility to us
You will indemnify and hold harmless us and our licensors (including the model providers) against any claims, losses and costs arising from your Inputs, your Outputs or your breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Cinevora and its models are provided "as is". Generated content can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the version above and let you know in Cinevora. Continuing to use Cinevora after an update means you agree to the updated Terms.
